Job description:
In this versatile and dynamic position, you are responsible for an efficient progression of all occurring operational matters concerning the debtor administration. You make various overviews and analyzes, check, monitor and provide periodic reports. You ensure the realization and optimization of our debtor policy and will report to head office and make the finance team stronger.
Your job responsibilities include:
The management and monitoring of the debtors administration;
Managing and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables;
On time identification of payment arrears;
contacting debtors in writing and by telephone;
Sending the reminders and account statements;
Weekly cleaning of the debtors list, in particular checking advance payments and internal correspondence about this with various health insurers, booking and processing this in our financial system;
Consulting with internal departments about disputes and work on an acceptable solution for both the patient and the organization;
Determining credit limits;
Conducting Credit Checks;
Dealing with questions and files bailiff;
Handling payment arrangements and liaising with debt collection agencies;
Settling debt counseling files.
Data analyses
Making weekly/monthly reports as required by the head office
Working directly with head office and performing other work as instructed.
Job requirements Attained higher professional education”/”Professional level”( Bachelors/Masters) Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written; Extensive relevant work experience; Knowledge of Accounting packages (Exact-Online); An analytical attitude, result-oriented and accurate; Excel skills are required Knowledge of Office package. Knowledge of Microsoft power BI is an advantage.
