Ivotion allows patient-specific, monolithic complete dentures to be produced in a unify workflow with just a few steps. The Ivotion Denture System is a complete workflow for the digital production of high-quality, removable dentures. Ivotion from Ivoclar is an intelligent combination of high-grade proven tooth and denture base materials. If Ivotion is used, there is no longer any need to bond the denture teeth to the denture base, reducing potential problem areas. The PMMA material also impresses with its optimized fracture resistance.

After the design has been created, the denture is milled monolithically from a single disc – the Ivotion. The denture is produced in a fast, continuous milling process. This is the key to the outstanding efficiency: Patient-specific, monolithic, full dentures produced from a single disc. Thanks to Ivotion and intelligent strategies, there is hardly any need for additional manual working steps – the milled denture only requires polishing.
