What are Veneers?
A veneer is a solution to repair or restore one or more teeth, using a porcelain or composite hard layer or shield. Veneers are usually applied to improve the appearance due to discolored, crooked or broken teeth. Another example can be gaps or widened teeth. The color of the veneer can be determined very accurately and is therefore an advantage over composite veneers. Porcelain veneers are made very accurately in our own dental laboratory. The finishing of a composite veneer is done in one treatment, but in phases. The dentist fills the tooth or choose a piece of composite every time to give more detail to the appearance. Composite veneers have a shorter lifespan. This of course depends on the maintenance of the teeth and oral health.
How much does a veneers treatment cost?
The total costs of the treatment depend on the type of treatment and how many veneers we place. Every tooth is unique. This allows us to draw up an individual treatment plan based on your situation.
